Nonsense
Just some useless text, with a training plan without any illustration how to make them, u need to google to see how u should do them.
Poor app
Difficult to use and the background makes reading the black text nearly impossible. Might be excusable if there were more than a handful of obvious exercises, as it is not worth free.
